Returns and exchanges are accepted for items that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Used, worn, styled, or damaged items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must submit a request within the eligible period after receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be processed. When requesting a return, please include the reason for the return and your order number to help us assist you efficiently. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is delivered safely. We cannot be responsible for lost or missing return packages.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within a reasonable number of business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or an alternative product. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons if the product has been used or if the original packaging has been opened in a way that compromises its integrity.

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly labeled on the product page.
